Which Fiat Ad Goes To The Super Bowl?
December 5, 2012 by Andrew Schneider
Chrysler has released five new Fiat spots they’re considering for the 2013 Super Bowl and asking the public to vote on whether they’re worthy.
All five of the ads were previewed at the LA Auto Show and are touted as representing five “everyday” situations in which the Fiat 500 would boost the adrenline.
They include two family spots, one spot promoting the electric-powered 500e as “environmentally sexy”, a pre-wedding scenario where two tuxedoed-men try to glimpse two young women changing into bridesmaid dresses in the back seat (‘More room. More Possibilities.) and an encore to last year’s Super Bowl spot “Seduction” starring supermodel Catrinel Menghia. That ad, which touts the new 500 Abarth Cabrio includes the tagline “Small, wicked…and now, topless.” It was cut by Cutters’ Chris Hafner.

The real question is whether any of the spots are Super Bowl worthy if they’re released this far in advance. Isn’t the surprise part of the efficacy?
