The Business Travel Challenge

New work from GSD+M for Southwest Airlines has recently released.

In its latest campaign, Southwest Airlines is recruiting all road warriors to take advantage of the airline’s business travel offerings.

Starting in September, they rolled out the “Business Travel Challenge,” highlighting the airline industry’s shortcomings and challenge business travelers to reconsider their airline choice. Business travel has become a game that executives can no longer win.

In the campaign, a Southwest Airlines’ business traveler competes against a competitor’s passenger in different obstacle courses to overcome various business travel challenges like bag fees, change fees, inability to redeem reward flights, among others. In the end, the Southwest Airlines’ business traveler avoids the obstacles and wins. When you’re tired of playing their game, fly Southwest.
