Chicago post house Hootenanny has promoted Client Services Coordinator Carly Mirro to Assistant Editor. Mirro began working as a Hootenanny intern in May 2014 and was promoted to full time staff a short two months later. She was quick to prove an integral asset to the team, helping to facilitate and maintain key client relationships with several creative agencies including Eicoff, The Escape Pod, and Burrell Communications.
“I have always had an interest in video production and working with creative, driven people," Mirro says. "When I came to Hootenanny, I knew I found my niche, and I am thrilled to be able to continue to learn from such a great group of people.”
As Mirro steps up, her prior role as Client Services Coordinator will be filled by Hootenanny newcomer Hayley Stuber. Stuber joins Hootenanny from Loyola University, where she graduated with a degree in Film and Digital Media Production.
Mirro and Stuber join the Hootenanny team, which includes editors Liz Tate, Graham Metzger, Sean Halvorsen and Hannah Stephans. They are produced by Executive Producer Don Avila and Associate Producer Samm Smith.
