Terrence Burrell Answers Five Questions
March 4, 2015 by Screenmag
In the latest installment of our regular running feature Terrence Burrell, VP/Creative Director at Burrell, answers Five Questions with SCREEN.
SCREEN: What's your favorite date of the week?
BURRELL: Never thought about a favorite day of the week. So, I'll go with Thursday. It's when all the industry parties happen and I like the anticipation leading up to Friday.
SCREEN: Can you cook? If so, what is your go-to dish?
BURRELL: Cook? I try not to. I actually hate it. But I make some mean fried chicken (my wife says that's why she married me), and I do a decent cheesecake.
SCREEN: What's your most-played iPod track?
BURRELL: Most played iPod track? It doesn't say, but the last thing I listened to was Dr. Neil DeGrasse Tyson's podcast, STAR TALK. Nerdy, I know.
SCREEN: What's your guilty pleasure TV?
BURRELL: THE WALKING DEAD, but that feels too mainstream. So, I'd go with Z NATION on SyFy – The season's over but it's like bootleg WALKING DEAD. It's so bad... it's good. They had zombie dogs and a Zombie Baby. A freaking zombie baby killed someone. Just horrible.
SCREEN: What's your favorite drink, alcoholic or otherwise?
BURRELL: Favorite Drink? Hmmm I have two – Laphroaig (It's Scotch or rather the the liquid cigar) & Abandonado Extra Anejo Tequila (this made me like Tequila).
SCREEN: What was the last movie you saw in a theater?
BURRELL: Last movie? THE KINGSMAN – Samuel Jackson was hi-larious. He needs to play more villains. (Wait, I hope I didn't spoil that for anyone).
