Chicago-based post house Hootenanny has promoted Hannah Stephans to Editor. She was one of SCREEN's Up & Coming editors for 2015.
Stephans took over the role of Assistant Editor in 2011, and has since then completed work for clients such as FCB, Leo Burnett and Energy BBDO. More recently, she has been helming multiple editorial projects for the Whirlpool brand, a client of DigitasLBi.
"Hootenanny is exactly the type of company I’ve always wanted to work for," Stephans says. "To be surrounded by the incredible talent – the editors, producers and staff – I get to do what I love in the best environment possible.”
Stephans joins the ranks of Hootenanny’s 4 other creative editors, comprised of Liz Tate, Jerem Sloan, Graham Metzger and Sean Halvorsen. She will be produced by Executive Producer Don Avila.
“Hannah has always shown a unique viewpoint in her editing.,” says Liz Tate, Partner and Editor at Hootenanny. “Her lyrical style has the ability to convey emotion in a beautiful way. We’re excited to see her launch her career here at Hootenanny.”
