November 4, 2015 by Screenmag
In the latest installment of our popular feature, DDB Chicago Producer Justin Casselle answers Five Questions with SCREEN.
SCREEN: Best advice you've ever been given?
CASSELLE: The best advice I was ever given was from my father telling me to never forget who I am or where I come from. Probably my mom too, telling me to get a haircut.
SCREEN: You've been cast in AVENGERS 3. What role are you playing?
CASSELLE: Tough one. Either Black Panther or Luke Cage.
SCREEN: Favorite restaurant in Chicago? What do we order when we go?
CASSELLE: Little Goat. Stephanie Izard does amazing things with, well, goat. You can’t go wrong with a Sloppy Goat; best gourmet comfort food you’ll find in Chicago.
SCREEN: Give us one song we haven't heard that we can't live without.
CASSELLE: Rewind by Kelela. It’s been on repeat for a while now; song of the fall.
SCREEN: Guilty pleasure TV?
CASSELLE: PORTLANDIA, though it’s only a guilty pleasure because I’ve watched all 5 or so seasons twice over.
BONUS QUESTION! SCREEN: Celebrity crush?
CASSELLE: Rashida Jones. She’s culturally self-aware, multi-talented, and an intelligent actress, writer, and producer. Her path that led her to where she is now is anything but conventional. It’s a great thing to see a woman of multiple cultures be in such a position of control in Hollywood.
