Periscope's Jonathan Bross Answers Five Questions
February 29, 2016 by Screenmag
In the latest installment of our popular feature, Periscope Post & Audio partner Jonathan Bross answers Five Questions with SCREEN.
SCREEN: Can you cook? If so, what's your go-to dish?
BROSS: My culinary skills have been rated as "Well I don't think he will burn the water". But at breakfast I can handle the bacon and that generally improves morale.
SCREEN: What's your guilty pleasure TV?
BROSS: SOUTH PARK is so excellent but you kinda want to know who's around when you put it on. I'm looking forward to the next season of VIKINGS, in case this is going on my resume.
SCREEN: What's the last movie you saw in a theater?
BROSS: DEADPOOL, like the rest of the western world. I let my 11-year-old daughter join her older brother to go see a nice Marvel superhero movie. If her mother asks, she really enjoyed BAMBI.
SCREEN: What's your favorite place to spend a week? A weekend? Two weeks?
BROSS: I've discovered the Turks and Caicos Islands. Pretty much a slice of paradise down there. Huge barrier reef so great Scuba and great beaches. There's enough civilization to be convenient but it's not so overrun that it is still pretty relaxed.
SCREEN: What's your favorite American city? Foreign city?
BROSS: Wow. 300 million Americans and I can piss off at least 290 million of them. Let's see, you know I think I'm going to have to go with Sweet Home Chicago. It's got pretty much everything New York has to offer with, like, 20% of the hassle. It's not LA of course. It is definitely not LA.
