First Tuesdays with The Midwest Independent Film Festival will open 2016 with the SXSW hit and critics' pick FOR GRACE, on Tuesday, February 2nd at Landmark's Century Centre Cinema, with festivities beginning at 6 p.m. Named one of the “Breakout Movies at the SXSW Film Festival” by Variety, FOR GRACE follows acclaimed chef Curtis Duffy as he finds himself at a crossroads: opening the best restaurant in the world, or saving what remains of his crumbling family. This "elegant, moving film" (NPR's Peter Sagal, see below) will screen with Midwest Independent Film Festival on February 2nd to celebrate its same-day digital release on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, and more. Co-directors Mark Helenowski and Kevin Pang will be in attendance for a post-screening discussion.
