Chicago-based audio boutique NoiseFloor has welcomed a new studio manager to its growing ranks, Ruby Thompson. She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the River North studio.
“Ruby comes to NoiseFloor with a get it done attitude and a love of laughter.” says Jamie Vanadia, NoiseFloor’s co-owner. “In addition to her eagerness to learn, Ruby will be assisting our marketing and PR team.”
“Growing up with a jingle singer for a mother, I jumped at the opportunity to be around all the experts at NoiseFloor," Thompson said. "I loved seeing her record in the studio and I’m ecstatic to learn about the industry up close. I already know that I’m going to be exposed to the most amazing learning experiences thanks to such a friendly group of talented people.”
In addition to her daily hustle and bustle, Thompson looks forward to working on Noisefloor’s social media sites.
“Ruby is an avid writer and that will be a big help with social media and future plans," Vanadia said.
