FND Films Debut Feature IT'S ALL GOOD
October 20, 2016 by Mike McNamara
"In 2014, three Chicago-based filmmakers raised close to $78,000 on Indiegogo to fund their first feature film. The sketch comedy artists known as FND Films had a popular YouTube channel and collected the cash quickly using a goofy plea video. No details were revealed about the promised film aside from the title: It's All Good." -Esquire.com
With the money in the bank, the FND team went silent for two years, until an apology video surfaced, explaining the film would not be made. With the video attracting more than 100,000 views, angry fans grew in numbers, stories surfaced... and the stunt was in full swing. The truth of the matter? FND was making a film ... about not making a film. A story on Esquire.com finally released the hoax, and the official trailer, which has been viewed more than 450,000 times in just over one week.
After pulling off one of the biggest marketing stunts since THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT, IT'S ALL GOOD made its world premiere at Chicago's Music Box Theater on October 20th and is now available through their website as of October 21st. Enjoy the trailer and be sure to buy IT'S ALL GOOD:
