Veteran Sound Designer/Mixer Bryen Hensley is joining Chicago-based NoiseFloor, bringing with him his nearly 25 years of experience in the industry.
Hensley has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout his career. His extensive credits list includes the documentary HOOP DREAMS as well as the Halo video game series. He has also recently completed work on Breathe, an audiobook edition of The Bible.
“We are incredibly thrilled to have Bryen add more diversity to the skill set of our team with his background in film, video games and commercials,” says NoiseFloor co-owner Cory Coken. “Adding another sound designer brings huge opportunities for creative collaboration. We’re excited to see what’s next for NoiseFloor.”
“The team at NF is already ridiculously talented," Hensley said. "Hopefully, I can bring a little something extra to the table and we can provide a sound facility that is second to none."
SCREEN has covered Hensley's work specifically several times, notably his work on an animated short DRIFTING which was lauded by the Chicago International Film Festival. Hensley also answered Five Questions with SCREEN here.
